About us
I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno (Mgr. 2009, JUDr. 2011). During my professional career, I worked as a legal intern at the Office of the Public Defender of Rights, as a lawyer and children’s advocate at the Office for International Legal Protection of Children, and since 2020 as a trainee lawyer at the law firm of JUDr. Martina Ďurďovič. I am currently preparing to take the bar exam (March 2026).
My practice has gradually led me to believe that legal strategy alone is often not enough. It is essential to understand the client’s story, their needs, and their long-term life perspective. Meaningful solutions arise when the client is perceived as a partner and an active creator of their own decisions.
I have been continuously involved in mediation since 2015, and since 2018 I have been working as a mediator with the Mediation and Education Center in Brno, where I also participate in educating parents on family matters. In 2024, I passed the international transformative mediation exam at the US Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation and expanded my education to include group mediation and individual coaching.
In 2021, RESOLVIA, s.r.o. was established, focusing on out-of-court dispute resolution through mediation and the creation of legally functional agreements that can be used before courts and administrative authorities. Since 2025, we have also been offering group mediation and coaching. From 2026, we plan to provide legal services as a law firm.
Our values
All our services are based on a transformative approach that builds on a balance between self-care and quality relationships with others. We believe that every person has the ability and responsibility to make decisions about their own life and that truly effective solutions cannot be imposed.
Therefore, we do not use coercion or directive leadership in difficult situations. Our role is to create a safe space for understanding, reflection, and responsible decision-making. We support clients in regaining inner stability, a sense of control, and the ability to act with respect for themselves and others.
We see clients as partners, not as „cases.“ A partnership approach, responsibility, and respect are the foundation of our work.
Dispute resolution – mediation
We provide out-of-court dispute resolution in the form of mediation focused on the needs and concerns of both parties. The goal is not only to reach an agreement, but also to establish functional communication for the future. Mediation can take place both as a means of preventing legal proceedings and during the course of such proceedings.
Agreements reached through mediation are legally valid and, if necessary, ready for approval by a court or administrative authority. Mediation is conducted confidentially – we do not act as witnesses or report to the authorities.
We work according to the principles of transformative mediation: we do not judge, we do not propose solutions, we do not push for a result. We support open dialogue and respect our clients‘ emotions and pace. We help resolve family, civil, and commercial disputes in particular.
We recommend mediation if you are considering litigation, are involved in lengthy proceedings, or need to find a way forward.
Legal services
Our legal services are based on the client’s overall life context. Legal problems cannot be isolated – solutions must correspond to personal circumstances, needs, and long-term impacts.
We explain the options and consequences clearly, leaving the decision up to the client. We do not impose solutions and act as partners. We currently provide legal advice primarily in connection with mediation and the drafting of mediation agreements. The first consultation is free of charge.
From March 2026, we plan to provide legal services as a law firm.
Coaching
Coaching is a confidential supportive conversation focused on coping with difficult situations and decision-making. It helps you navigate your emotions, clarify your priorities, and choose your own path to a solution.
Our coaching is based on transformative values—the coach does not evaluate or suggest solutions, but accompanies the client in their reflections. Coaching is suitable for personal, family, work, and legal difficulties, including court and administrative proceedings.
It takes place online or in person, with each session lasting 120 minutes. We recommend at least three sessions. The initial consultation is free of charge.
